Shelli Myles is a born and raised Colorado native. Shelli attended Colorado Christian University where she studied Human Resource Management and completed her degree with a Bachelor’s in Science and a minor in Psychology. Shelli continued her education at Colorado Christian University where she will complete her Masters of Arts in Counseling. Shelli has completed her additional training in Neurofeedback. Shelli has worked for over four years at Porter Hospital as a Mental Health Counselor on the psychiatric unit. She has worked with the Step Seven, a transitional addiction rehabilitation. Shelli has seven children total, three were adopted from Ukraine. Shelli has assisted in over 30 adoptions for families in the Denver area.
Her hobbies include traveling, horses, and skiing. With an eclectic background and passion to help others, Shelli provides professional support through incorporating a variety of therapies and holistic healing techniques in her practice.

Hey Shelli... I feel like I'm getting my life and my SELF back. I have motivation and energy and presence to love people again. Depression is prob'ly 85% gone. We're having people over and I'm finding life in connecting and asking questions and just being present and I seriously don't remember the last time I had this much of me available to give to people. THIS WORKS! With this therapy, I feel increased contentment, focus, and alertness, better mood, memory, and sleep. Decreased agitation, anger, frustration, fear, and physical pain. Decreased PTSD symptoms such as hypervigilance and intrusive thoughts I get more done in my daily activities with less stress. I feel more enjoyment from doing daily tasks.
